摘 要:在不改变单消声器结构单元的基础上,建立并联消声单元消声器模型,采用声学仿真软件LMS Virtual.Lab和计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对并联消声单元消声器的消声性能和内部流场的速度与压力变化情况进行仿真,揭示各参数对消声器传递损失和压力损失的影响规律。分析发现:出气管口为分路时的消声器压力损失比进出气口为合路时的消声器压力损失要小;改变连接管长度可以控制次波峰的形成,从而对窄带噪声进行有效控制;增加连接管上的隔板数量能明显提高压力损失,但当隔板数量过多时并不会再增加其压力损失;随着隔板与连接管道轴线角度的增加,压力损失缓慢增大;合理的隔板孔径有利于减小压力损失,同时隔板的存在对并联消声单元传递损失影响较小。研究结果可为并联消声单元消声器的设计及应用提供参考和指导。Without changing the structural unit of the single muffler,a muffler model was established with parallel muffler units.Software LMS Virtual.Lab and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methods were used to simulate the silencing performance of the parallel silencing unit muffler and the changes of velocity and pressure in the internal flow field,which reveals the influence law of various parameters on the transmission loss and pressure loss of the muffler.The results show that the pressure loss of the muffler when the outlet was divided is smaller than that when the inlet and outlet were combined.It can control the formation of secondary wave crest and effectively control the narrow-band noise by changing the length of connecting pipe.Increasing the number of diaphragms on the connecting pipe can significantly increase the pressure loss,but when there are too many diaphragms,the pressure loss did not increase.With the increase of the angle between the baffle and the connecting pipe axis,the pressure loss increased slowly.The reasonable diameter of the diaphragm is beneficial to reduce the pressure loss,and the existence of the diaphragm has little effect on the transmission loss of the parallel muffler unit.The research results provide the reference and guidance value for the design and application of muffler with parallel muffler units.
