摘　　要：建立了测定唇香草中迷迭香酸和芦丁含量的HPLC方法。色谱条件为:Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),迷迭香酸:流动相为甲醇-1.5%乙酸(40∶60,体积比),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长330 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL;芦丁:流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长354 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果表明,迷迭香酸、芦丁与其它成分分离良好,分别在0.0116~0.0580 mg·mL^(-1)(R=0.9999)、0.0041~0.0206 mg·mL^(-1)(R=0.9991)浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;迷迭香酸高、中、低浓度组的平均加标回收率分别为100.55%、99.12%、101.38%,RSD值分别为1.49%、1.81%、2.10%;芦丁高、中、低浓度组的平均加标回收率分别为100.00%、101.43%、101.90%,RSD值分别为3.60%、2.54%、2.92%;唇香草中迷迭香酸、芦丁含量分别为0.209 mg·g^(-1)、0.140 mg·g^(-1)。该方法简便、准确,适用于唇香草中迷迭香酸与芦丁的含量测定。We established an HPLC method for the determination of the contents of rosmarinic acid and rutin in Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam..The chromatographic conditions are determined as follows:the analysis is performed on Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),rosmarinic acid:methanol-1.5%acetic acid(40∶60,volume ratio)is adopted as a mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength of 330 nm,the column temperature of 25℃,and the sample volume of 10μL;rutin:gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid as a mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength of 354 nm,the column temperature of 30℃,and the sample volume of 20μL.The results show that rosmarinic acid and rutin can be separated from other components,and the concentrations of rosmarinic acid and rutin bear a good linear relationship with the peak areas within the range of 0.0116-0.0580 mg·mL^(-1)(R=0.9999),0.0041-0.0206 mg·mL^(-1)(R=0.9991),respectively.Moreover,the average recoveries of rosmarinic acid in high,medium,and low concentration groups are 100.55%,99.12%,and 101.38%,and the RSD values are 1.49%,1.81%,and 2.10%,respectively.The average recoveries of rutin in high,medium,and low concentration groups are 100.00%,101.43%,and 101.90%,and the RSD values are 3.60%,2.54%,and 2.92%,respectively.The contents of rosmarinic acid and rutin in Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.are 0.209 mg·g^(-1) and 0.140 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The method is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of the contents of rosmarinic acid and rutin in Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam..
