高血压与甲状腺功能减低关系研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的应用CiteSpace软件对近11年高血压与甲状腺功能减低相关的研究进行可视化分析。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace 5.7.R1对近11年高血压与甲状腺功能减低的相关研究进行可视化分析,分析相关研究的作者、国家/机构分布、期刊分布及关键词。结果纳入703篇SCI收录文献,美国是研究此领域的主要国家,中国医科大学是高血压与甲状腺功能减低的重要研究机构,被引频次最高的期刊是J Clin Endocr Metab,被引频次最多的文献作者是Biondi B,主要的研究热点是高血压与甲状腺功能减低的相关性及甲状腺功能减低与血脂代谢紊乱的相关研究。结论高血压与甲状腺功能减低有密切关系,其通过影响血脂代谢水平进而引发全身动脉硬化的作用不可忽视。Objective To visually analyze the relationship between hypertension and hypothyroidism in the past 11 years using CiteSpace software.Methods The core collection database of Web of Science was used as the data source,and the visual analysis software CiteSpace 5.7.R1 was used to visually analyze the relationship between hypertension and hypothyroidism in the past 11 years,including authors,country/institution distribution,journal distribution,and keywords.Results A total of 703 SCI articles were included.The United States was the leading country in this field.China Medical University was an important institution in the research field of hypertension and hypothyroidism.The most frequently cited journal was J Clin Endocr Metab.The most frequently cited author was Biondi B.The main hotspots of the research were the correlation between hypertension and hypothyroidism,and the relationship between hypothyroidism and dyslipidemia.Conclusion Hypertension is closely associated with hypothyroidism,which could cause arteriosclerosis by affecting lipid metabolism.
