摘　　要：目的研究ADOPT模式护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖变化的影响并予以分析。方法将南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院2020年1月至10月收治的102例GDM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分作研究组和对照组,各51例。对照组开展常规护理干预,研究组则开展ADOPT模式护理干预。分析两组干预前后血糖水平、心理弹性水平、应对方式、自我管理能力、总体幸福感等方面的差异。结果干预后研究组各项血糖指标水平均低于对照组,各项心理弹性评分及总分均高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组,而面对评分高于对照组,运动、饮食、遵医行为评分高于对照组,总体幸福感量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论ADOPT模式护理干预能够明显降低GDM患者血糖水平,改善应对方式,提高心理弹性水平、自我管理能力及总体幸福感。Objective To study and analyze the changes of blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)by ADOPT mode nursing intervention.Methods A total of 102 patients with GDM admitted to Shenzhen Maternal&Child Healthcare Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January to October 2020 were recruited in the study.Patients were divided into study group(n=51)and control group(n=51)according to the random number table.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out ADOPT mode nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,mental resilience level,coping style,self-management ability and general happiness were analyzed.Results After intervention,all blood glucose indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the mental resilience scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the avoidance and yield scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the face scores were higher,the scores of exercise,diet and compliance behavior in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the GWB scores were higher in the study group than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions ADOPT nursing intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose level of GDM patients,and is beneficial to improve the mental resilience,coping style and self-management ability of patients.
