摘　　要：目的总结3例下肢严重创伤伴嗜水气单胞菌感染患者的护理经验。方法术前做好病情评估,加强心理护理,积极完善术前准备;术后护理重点包括嗜水气单胞菌感染伤口、创面和皮肤3个方面的护理;加强营养支持;做好感染性休克的救治护理等。结果1例在入院的3 d内感染迅速蔓延至对侧肢体以及躯干,合并发生感染性休克、弥散性血管内凝血,最终因病重放弃治疗;2例经截肢以及积极有效的救治控制了感染。结论通过有效的护理可提高下肢严重创伤伴嗜水气单胞菌感染患者的预后,也给临床带来重要的疾病认知。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 3 patients with severe lower extremity trauma associated with Aeromonas hydrophila infection.Methods Preoperative condition assessment,strengthen psychological nursing,and actively improve preoperative preparation;Postoperative nursing focus includes Aeromonas hydrophila infection wound,wound and skin three aspects of nursing;Strengthening nutritional support;Making good treatment and nursing of septic shock.Results The infection rapidly spread to the contralateral limb as well as the trunk within 3 days of admission in 1 case,and combined with the occurrence of septic shock,disseminated intravascular coagulation,and eventually abandoning treatment because of critical illness,while the infection was controlled by amputation as well as aggressive and effective rescue treatment in 2 cases.Conclusions Effective care can improve the outcomes of patients with severe trauma of the lower extremities associated with Aeromonas hydrophila infection and bring right disease recognition to clinic.
