摘　　要：在用竞争ELISA法检测布鲁氏菌病过程中,影响因素有很多,试验终止反应后这一步骤常被忽略,本文就该步骤影响OD值的因素进行探讨。结果表明,气泡的存在及静置时长均会增大反应孔的OD值,从而影响结果的准确性。There are many factors that influence the detection of brucellosis by competitive ELISA,the step after an experimental termination reaction is often ignored,this paper discusses the procedure and the factors that affect the OD(Optical Density)value.The results show that both the presence of bubbles and the length of standing time can increase the OD value of the reaction hole,thus affecting the accuracy of the results.
