二甲基酰胺萃取精馏分离丁烯与丁烷过程模拟

摘  要:利用无限稀释活度系数估算碳四(C_(4))与二甲基酰胺(DMF)之间Wilson方程二元参数,再利用Unifac模型估算C4烃之间的二元参数,建立了DMF萃取精馏分离丁烯、丁烷过程的气液平衡模型,并利用Aspen Plus灵敏度分析工具考察了总理论塔板数、进料位置、溶剂进料位置、溶剂比、回流比、溶剂进料温度等工艺参数对萃取精馏过程的影响。结果表明:该模型准确性高,在总理论塔板数为64块,C4进料位置为第32块塔板,溶剂比为3.5,回流比为4.5,溶剂进料位置为第3块塔板,溶剂进料温度为60℃的最佳条件下,塔顶丁烷质量分数达到0.9951。The C_(4)hydrocabons in dimethyl formamide(DMF)binary interaction parameters of Wilson model were estimated by the activity coefficients at dilution,and the binary parameters of C_(4)hydrocarbons were estimated by Unifac method.A gas-liquid equilibrium model for the separation of butene and butane by DMF extractive distillation was established,and the effects of total theoretical plate number,feed position,solvent feed position,solvent ratio,reflux ratio and solvent feed temperature on extractive distillation process were investigated by Aspen Plus sensitivity analysis tool.The results showed this model had higher accuracy,and under the optimal conditions of total theoretical plate number 64,C_(4)feed position 32 tray,solvent ratio 3.5,reflux ratio 4.5,feed position 3 tray,solvent feed temperature 60℃,the mass fraction of butane at the top of the tower reached 0.9951.
