高温煤焦油悬浮床加氢裂化工艺优化

摘　　要：以高温煤焦油为原料,在高压釜中进行悬浮床加氢裂化小试试验,对催化剂质量分数、初始氢气压力、反应温度、反应时间、助剂等工艺条件进行了优化,并在优化的条件下进行了中试试验。结果表明:在催化剂质量分数为2.0%,初始氢气压力为10 MPa,反应温度为450℃,反应时间为90 min,油酸钠助剂质量分数为0.5%的优化条件下,进行加氢裂化高压釜试验,产物中>180~360℃馏分和焦炭收率分别为53.54%,1.38%;在其他条件不变,初始氢气压力为20 MPa,氢油体积比为1000∶1的条件下,进行中试试验,产物中>180~360℃馏分和焦炭收率分别为57.46%,1.24%。Using high temperature coal tar as raw materials,suspended bed hydrocracking test experiment was carried out in an autoclave,the catalyst adding amount,initial hydrogen pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time,additives and other process conditions were optimized,and pilot test was carried out under the optimized conditions.The results showed that the autoclave hydrocracking test carried out under the conditions of reaction temperature 450℃,catalyst mass fraction 2.0%,initial hydrogen pressure 10 MPa,reaction time 90 min and sodium oleate mass fraction 0.5%,the yield of>180-360℃fraction and coke was 53.54%,1.38%respectively.The suspended bed hydrocracking pilot test which carried out under the conditions of hydrogen pressure 20 MPa and hydrogen oil ratio 1000∶1 and that other conditions were invariant,the yields of>180-360℃fraction and coke was 57.46%,1.24%respectively.
