摘 要:以工业C_(10)烯醛为原料,采用液相加氢法制备2-丙基-1-庚醇,考察了自主研发的C_(10)烯醛加氢催化剂的性能,并与国外同类催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:随着反应温度升高,C_(10)醇的总收率逐渐增大;当反应温度在150~170℃时,与进口催化剂相比,国产催化剂C_(10)醇的总收率和对C_(10)醇的选择性分别增加了1.0,0.5~1.0个百分点,C_(10)烯醛转化率相同(均达到100%);在反应温度为150~160℃的条件下,国产催化剂连续运行2000 h后,性能稳定,C_(10)醇的总收率为97.0%~99.1%,C_(10)烯醛转化率最高可达99.4%。2-propyl-1-heptanol was prepared by liquid phase hydrogenation from industrial C_(10)olefinic aldehyde,the performance of the domestic C_(10)olefinic aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst was investigated and compared with similar catalysts abroad.The results showed that the yield of C_(10)alcohol had increased gradually with the increase of temperature;compared with the imported catalyst,when the temperature was 150-170℃,the yield and selectivity of C_(10)alcohol had increased by 1.0,0.5-1.0 percent point,respectively.The conversion of C_(10)olefin aldehyde was the same(all up to 100%).Under the condition of temperature 150-160℃,the performance of domestic catalyst was stable after continuous operation for 2000 h,the yield of C_(10)alcohol was 97.0%-99.1%,the conversion of C_(10)olefinic aldehyde was 99.4%.
