脱油沥青添加剂调和生产沥青产品

摘　　要：以加拿大油砂沥青经灵活高效分离固化沥青质技术处理得到的脱油沥青(DOA)作为添加剂,与不同的基质沥青进行调和改性,开发出系列沥青产品。结果表明:在基质沥青1中分别加入质量分数为5%,8%的DOA添加剂后,制得的产品可满足重交通道路石油沥青AH-70和AH-50的质量要求;加入质量分数为10%,50%的DOA添加剂后,制得的产品可满足硬质道路石油沥青HA-35和硬质路面等级用沥青2级和3级的质量要求;在基质沥青2中加入不同质量分数的DOA添加剂后,制得产品可满足防水材料用沥青F 300和弹性体改性沥青防水卷材Ⅰ级产品要求。The deoiled asphalt(DOA)from Canadian oil sand bitumen processed by flexible efficient asphaltene removal and solidification technology was used as an additive to modify base asphalt,and a series of asphalt products were developed.The results showed that with No 1 base asphalt as raw material,when the mass fraction of DOA additive was 5%or 8%,the asphalt products could meet the AH-70 or AH-50 standard of petroleum asphalts for heavy traffic road;when the mass fraction of DOA additive was 10%or 50%,the asphalt products could meet the HA-35 standard of hard petroleum asphalt for pavement or the 2 or 3 class standard of specifications for hard paving grade bitumens.When adding DOA additive into the No 2 base asphalt,the asphalt products could meet the standard of waterproofing materials asphalt F 300 or the I class standard of styrene butadiene styrene modified bituminous sheet materials respectively.
