摘 要:对中国石化镇海炼化公司2.3 Mt/a液相航空煤油加氢装置开工运行中出现反应器液位控制不稳,满负荷标定时汽提塔塔底航空煤油产品银片腐蚀不达标,综合能耗偏高等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:采取将反应器液位由80%调至35%,反应器压力调节阀开度控制在1%~5%,汽提塔回流比由设计值1.8提高到2.6以上,塔顶压力由210 kPa下降至90 kPa,反应温度和汽提塔塔底温度分别降低18,29℃的措施后,反应器液位和压力波动范围减小,汽提塔塔底航空煤油产品银片腐蚀等级由2~3级降至1级,精脱硫剂寿命由2个月延长到24个月,装置能耗降低了22.07 MJ/t。The operation problems in the 2.3 Mt/a liquid phase aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit in Zhenhai Refinig&Chemical Company,SINOPEC,such as the liquid level control of the reactor was unstable,the silver corrosion of aviation kerosene products at the bottom of the stripper tower was not up to standard during full load calibration and the comprehensive energy consumption was high were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that when the liquid level of the reactor was adjusted from 80%to 35%,the opening of the pressure regulating valve of the reactor was controlled at 1%-5%,the reflux ratio of stripper was increased from 1.8 to more than 2.6,the pressure at the top of the stripper was decreased from 210 kPa to 90 kPa,and the reaction temperature and the temperature at the bottom of the stripper were reduced by 18,29℃respectively.The fluctuation of reactor′s liquid level and pressure had been decreased,the corrosion grade of silver chip of aviation kerosene product at the bottom of stripper decreased from level 2-3 to level 1,the life of fine desulfurizer had extended from 2 months to 24 months,and the energy consumption of the plant had decreased by 22.07 MJ/t.
