摘  要:介绍了免活化硫化态催化剂在中国石油庆阳石化公司100万t/a汽油加氢装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:与氧化态催化剂相比,免活化硫化态催化剂开工过程安全环保,开工时间可缩短140 h;在初期生产负荷为98%的工况下,预加氢反应器、加氢改质反应器、加氢脱硫反应器、加氢后处理反应器入口温度分别为98,380,255,276℃,与原料油相比,混合汽油产品终馏点升高6.4℃,烯烃体积分数降低12.32个百分点,芳烃体积分数增加2.85个百分点,辛烷值损失0.82个单位。The commercial application of non-activated sulfur catalyst in a 1 Mt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit of Qingyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was introduced.The results showed that compared with the oxidation catalyst,the non-activation sulfur catalyst was safe and environmental friendly,and the start-up time was shortened by 140 h.When the initial production load was 98%,the inlet temperatures of pre-hydrotreating reactor,hydroupgrading reactor,hydrodesulfurization reactor and post-hydrotreating reactor were 98,380,255 and 276℃,compared with feed oil,the final distillation point of mixed gasoline products had increased by 6.4℃,the volume fraction of olefins had decreased by 12.32 percent points,the volume fraction of aromatics had increased by 2.85 percent points,and the octane number lost by 0.82 units.
