摘 要:采用不同表面活性剂开发出4种挥发性有机物(VOCs)吸收剂,并利用超重力吸收工艺,对4种吸收剂的处理效果进行了评价。结果表明:当有机废气VOCs质量浓度为1.5~2.0 g/m^(3)时,3^(#)环状聚合物吸收剂处理吸收效果最佳,VOCs去除率最高达70.3%,4^(#)有机硅聚醚吸收剂次之,VOCs去除率高达68.2%;对于低VOCs质量浓度(0.1~0.5 g/m^(3))有机废气,3^(#)吸收剂,4^(#)吸收剂VOCs去除率分别降至51.8%~60.3%,46.3%~52.1%,当3^(#)吸收剂与4#吸收剂复配质量比为1∶5时,VOCs去除率高达80.7%。Four kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)absorbents were developed by using different surfactants,and their treatment effects were evaluated by high gravity absorption process.The results showed that when the organic waste gas VOC′s concentration was 1.5-2.0 g/m^(3),3^(#)cyclic polymer absorbent had the best absorption effect,and its VOCs removal rate was up to 70.3%,followed by 4^(#)silicone polyether absorbent,its VOCs removal rate was up to 68.2%.When the VOCs concentration of organic waste gas was 0.1-0.5 g/m^(3),the VOCs removal rates of 3#absorbent and 4^(#)absorbent were reduced to 51.8%-60.3%and 46.3%-52.1%,respectively.When the blending mass ratio of3#absorbent and 4^(#)absorbent was 1∶5,the VOCs removal rate was up to 80.7%.
