摘  要:目的:探讨3.0T RESOLVE⁃DWI技术在前列腺癌(Pca)和前列腺增生(BPH)诊断中的鉴别的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月-2021年8月佳木斯大学附属第一医院所收治的Pca患者42例,BPH患者23例,行3.0T RESOLVE⁃DWI检查。结果:视野为280 mm×280 mm时,Pca检出率为90.4%(38/42),BPH检出率为82.6%(19/23),视野为260 mm×260 mm时,Pca检出率为76.2%(32/42),BPH检出率为65.2%(15/23),视野为200 mm×200 mm时,Pca检出率为63.2%(24/42),BPH检出率为52.2%(12/23),视野为240 mm×240 mm时,Pca检出率为40.5%(17/42),BPH检出率为34.7%(8/23)。视野为280 mm×280 mm时,SNR为(2.11±0.14)、CNR为(91.22±52.41)、C为(0.81±0.02)。结论:使用RESOVLE⁃DWI序列在诊断Pca和BPH时,Pca的检出率显著高于BPH。视野为280 mm×280 mm时二者的检出率最高,且SNR、CNR和C值均比其他视野高,图像分辨率较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical use of 3.0 T RESOLVE⁃DWI in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer(PCa)and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:A total of 65 patients with prostatic disorders admitted to our hospital between January 2021 and August 2021 were included as the subjects in the study.All patients aged 35⁃66 years old,and were diagnosed by histopathology,including 42 of PCa and 23 of BPH.The 3.0T RESOLVE⁃DWI was performed.Results:When the field of view(FOV)sizes were 280 mm×280 mm,260 mm×260 mm,200 mm×200 mm,and 240 mm×240 mm,the detection rates of PCa and BPH were 90.4%(38/42)vs 82.6%(19/23),76.2%(32/42)vs 65.2%(15/23),63.2%(24/42)vs 52.2%(12/23),and 40.5%(17/42)vs 34.7%(8/23),respectively.When the FOV size was 280 mm×280 mm,the signal⁃to⁃noise ratio(SNR)was(2.11±0.14),the contrast⁃to⁃noise ratio(CNR)was(91.22±52.41),and the contrast was(0.81±0.02).Conclusion:When using RESOVLE⁃DWI sequence to diagnose PCa and BPH,the detection rate of PCa is significantly higher than that of BPH.Using a FOV size of 280 mm×280 mm,the detection rates of PCa and BPH are the highest,the SNR,CNR and C values are all higher than with other FOV sizes,and higher image resolution can be obtained.
