摘 要:3D打印正逐渐进入大众市场,让人们有能力设计、选择、定制和生产个性化产品。利用3D打印技术的优势,结合冬奥会雪车雪橇赛道精密检测工程的特点,设计并打印出一种便于观测、固定、携带的钢结构夹具定位模块,3D打印的模块可以精确定位在待检测点上。通过工程的实际应用可以得出:三维软件设计并打印的定位模块可以大幅提高观测精度和工作效率。3D printing enters the mass market,giving people the ability to design,select,customize and produce personalized products.By utilizing the advantages of 3D printing technology and combining with the characteristics of the precision detection project of the bobsleigh track in the Winter Olympic Games,a positioning module of the steel structure fixture was designed and printed,which was convenient for observation,fixation and portability.The 3D printing module could accurately be located at the detection point.Through the practical application of engineering,it was concluded that the positioning module designed and printed by 3D software could greatly improve the observation accuracy and work efficiency.
