摘 要:1982年问世的第一支口内X线探测器标志牙颌面X线数字化时代的到来,尤其是在进入20世纪以来,所出现的诸多数字化X线成像技术开始广泛应用临床中,可取得较好的应用效果。目前来看,随着数字化X线成像技术的发展,以线扫描技术、多功能体层摄影及牙颌面CT为代表的数字化X线成像技术得到了广泛的应用,可取得较好的应用效果,为临床开展牙颌面相关性治疗提供了新方向和新思路,临床应用范围日益扩大。本文先对牙颌面数字化X线成像方式与工作原理作简要的概述,进而从像素尺寸、空间分辨率及成像速度三个方面对牙颌面数字化X线成像技术作一介绍,最后分析综述牙颌面数字化X线成像技术新进展,包括线扫描技术、自动面部软组织显影、多功能体层摄影及牙颌面CT。In 1982,the first intraoral X-ray detector marked the arrival of the digital era of dental and maxillofacial X-ray,especially since entering the 20th century,many digital X-ray imaging technologies have been widely used in clinical practice,which can achieve good results.Now,with the development of the digital X-ray imaging technology,the line scan technology,multifunctional dental CT and maxillofacial CT as a representative of digital X-ray imaging technology has been widely used,can obtain good application effect,for clinical dental maxillofacial correlation treatment provides a new direction and new way of thinking,expanding scope of clinical application.This article first to the dental maxillofacial digital X-ray imaging methods and a brief overview of the work principle,and from the pixel size,spatial resolution and imaging speed of dental maxillofacial introduce a digital X-ray imaging technology,were reviewed in the final analysis of teeth and maxillofacial digital X-ray imaging technology progress,including line scanning techniques,automatic facial soft tissue imaging,multifunction and maxillofacial CT tomography and teeth.
