摘　　要：目的:对MCS+、Amicus和Trima三种不同的血细胞分离机进行双份血小板采集应用的效果开展研究和对比。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月在本中心接受采血体检的84例男性人员作为研究对象,临床分别采用MCS+、Amicus和Trima三种不同类型的血细胞分离机对上述人员进行双份血小板采集和分析,并对其应用效果进行观察对比。结果:对三种不同的血细胞分离机采集双份血小板的应用效果进行对比显示,MCS+与Amicus、Trima采集的全血处理量分别为(3216.5±248.9)mL、(3199.4±257.8)mL和(3208.1±267.2)mL,其不良反应发生率分别为11.9%(10/84)、13.1%(11/84)和10.7%(9/84),各项指标的结果对比无明显差异,P>0.05;此外,对不同血细胞分离采集双份血小板的抗凝剂使用量(ACD-A)以及采血后的血小板计数(PLT)、采集时间、采集速率、采集效率等各项效果指标对比结果存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:MCS+、Amicus和Trima三种不同的血细胞分离机进行双份血小板采集应用中,MCS+的抗凝剂使用量最少,但是其采集时间较长且采集速率较低;而Amicus的抗凝剂使用量最多,但其采集时间较短;Trima的不良反应发生相对较少。因此,临床应根据实际情况进行合理选择,以确保其应用效果。Objective:To study and compare the effects of MCS+,Amicus and Trima blood cell separators for double platelet collection.Methods:Eighty-four male personnel who received blood collection and physical examination in our center from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects.MCS+,Amicus and Trima blood cell separators were used clinically for double platelet collection and analysis,and their application effects were observed and compared.Results:Comparison of the application effects of three different blood cell separators for collecting double platelets showed that the whole blood processing capacity of MCS+,Amicus and Trima were(3216.5±248.9)mL,(3199.4±257.8)mL and(3208.1±267.2)mL,respectively.The incidence of ADR was 11.9%(10/84),13.1%(11/84)and 10.7%(9/84),respectively,and there was no significant difference in the results of each index(P>0.05).In addition,there were significant differences in the amount of anticoagulant(ACD-A)used in the separation and collection of double platelets from different blood cells,platelet count(PLT)after blood collection,collection time,collection rate,collection efficiency and other effect indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion:MCS+,Amicus and Trima are three different blood cell separators for double platelet collection.MCS+has the least amount of anticoagulant,but its collection time is longer and the collection rate is lower.Amicus had the largest amount of anticoagulant,but its collection time was shorter.Adverse reactions to Trima are relatively rare.Therefore,reasonable selection should be made according to the actual situation in clinical practice to ensure its application effect.
