摘　　要：目的:对比肋软骨鼻支架成形手术与硅胶假体隆鼻手术用于鼻整形的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年1月于本院接受鼻整形的150例患者,随机抽取方式进行对等分组,其中A组(n=75)行硅胶假体隆鼻手术,B组(n=75)行肋软骨鼻支架成形手术,对比2组的临床效果。结果:术后两组鼻外形美观、鼻尖俏挺以及饱和度等满意度评分对比无明显差异,P>0.05;B组术后1年的效果维持率相较于A组无明显差异,P>0.05;但B组的术后并发症发生率相较于A组明显更低,P<0.05。结论:肋软骨鼻支架成形手术与硅胶假体隆鼻手术用于鼻整形均可取得令人满意的效果,但前者相对于硅胶假体隆鼻术后并发症更少,安全性更高。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of rhinoplasty of costal cartilage stent and rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis.Methods:150 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected for equal grouping.Group A(n=75)underwent silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty and group B(n=75)underwent costal cartilage rhinoplasty.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in satisfaction scores such as beautiful nasal appearance,sharp nasal tip and saturation(P>0.05);The effect maintenance rate of group B at 1 year after operation was not significantly different from that of group A,P>0.05.However,the incidence of postoperative complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both costal cartilage rhinoplasty and silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty can achieve satisfactory results in rhinoplasty,but the former has fewer postoperative complications and higher safety.
