经腹部超声联合阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用探析

摘　　要：目的:将经腹部超声联合阴道超声检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用效果进行研究。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月在本院进行治疗的妇产科急腹症患者86例,并将其随机进行分组,对照组患者43例,行腹部超声检查,观察组患者43例,行腹部超声联合阴道超声检查,比较两组患者的漏诊率、误诊率。结果:观察组患者漏诊率、误诊率明显更低(P<0.05)。观察组的检出率达到97.67%,对照组的检出率达到86.05%,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部超声联合阴道超声检查临床意义显著,可进一步提升总体诊断准确率,为后续临床治疗工作奠定丰厚基础。Objective:To study the application effect of transabdominal ultrasound combined with approach ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:86 patients with gynecological and obstetric acute abdomen treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the control group were examined by abdominal ultrasound and 43 patients in the observation group were examined by abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound.The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of patients in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The detection rate of the observation group was 97.67%,and the detection rate of the control group was 86.05%,with a big difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transabdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasonography has significant clinical significance,which can further improve the overall diagnostic accuracy and lay a solid foundation for subsequent clinical treatment.
