摘 要:总结了近年来沉香属植物组织培养的研究进展,归纳了沉香属组织培养发生的途径,从培养基、植物生长调节剂及培养条件等方面分析了组培再生体系建立的影响因素,并汇总了目前影响沉香属植物组培苗快速扩繁存在问题和解决对策,为沉香属植物组培快繁技术研究及其产业化生产提供参考。This paper reviewed the tissue culture of Aquilaria in recent years by summarizing the ontogenesis pathways of tissue culture and analyzing the influencing factors of the regeneration system: culture medium, plant growth regulator, and culture conditions. The problems were summed up and countermeasures were proposed. The result is expected to serve as a reference for the research of tissue culture techniques and industrialized production of Aquilaria.
