摘　　要：葛根为临床常用中药,具有解肌退热、透疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻的功效,广泛用于治疗心血管疾病、糖尿病、骨科疾病、癌症、阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病等。近几十年来,诸多学者已从葛根中分离鉴定出100余个化合物,包括黄酮、三萜、香豆素、有机酸等类成分。葛根具有广泛的药理作用,如保肝、抗肿瘤、神经保护、心脏保护、改善胰岛素抵抗、抗炎、抗氧化等。通过查阅国内外文献,对葛根的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为葛根今后的开发利用提供参考。Puerariae Lobatae Radix,a commonly used clinical Chinese medicinal,has the functions of releasing flesh and relieving fever,promoting eruption,promoting fluid production to quench thirst,ascending yang and checking diarrhea.It is often used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,orthopedic diseases,cancer,Alzheimer's disease,and Parkinson's disease.In the past decades,scholars have isolated and identified more than 100 compounds from it,including flavonoids,triterpenes,coumarins,and organic acids.It has various pharmacological effects,such as liver protection,antitumor,neuroprotection,cardioprotection,insulin resistance improvement,anti-inflammation,and antioxidation.With the method of literature research,this paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Puerariae Lobatae Radix,which is expected to serve as a reference for the further development and utilization of this medicinal.
