运动平板心电图与24h动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析运动平板心电图及24h动态心电图对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年3月~2020年3月在宜宾市第一人民医院就诊的疑似冠心病患者50例作为观察组,健康体检者50例作为对照组。两组受检者均接受运动平板心电图和24h动态心电图检测,对两组受检者的运动心率、运动率及运动时间、两种检查方式的精确率、灵敏度、特异度进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的运动心率、运动时间及运动量均较低(P<0.05)。运动平板心电图诊断冠心病的精确率、灵敏度、特异度较高,24h动态心电图精确率、灵敏度、特异度相比较低,两组数据对比差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病的诊断上,运动平板实验的诊断精确率、灵敏度、特异度较高,具有较高的诊断价值,可为临床疾病治疗提供依据。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram and 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease.Methods:50 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in Yibin First People’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested by treadmill exercise ECG and 24h Holter.The exercise heart rate,exercise rate,exercise time,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the exercise heart rate,exercise time and exercise volume of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of treadmill exercise ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were higher,while the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of 24-hour ambulatory ECG were lower.The data comparison results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,exercise treadmill test has high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and has high diagnostic value,which can provide basis for clinical disease treatment.
