摘 要:目的:探讨复合脉冲磁性治疗仪对小儿肺炎的辅助治疗价值。方法:选择2017年10月~2020年4月本院收治的90例肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复合脉冲磁性治疗仪,记录两组临床疗效、恢复情况、不良反应等指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为91.11%,数据对比P>0.05;观察组治愈患儿退热、湿罗音、喘憋、咳嗽等症状消失时间及住院时间均少于对照组治愈患儿,数据对比P<0.05;治疗前两组血气分析指标、肺功能及炎症因子检测值对比P>0.05,治疗后两组上述指标均较治疗前有所改善(组内对比P<0.05),但治疗后组间对比P>0.05;观察组、对照组各项治疗相关不良反应发生情况对比均P>0.05。结论:复合脉冲磁性治疗仪应用于小儿肺炎辅助治疗中有利于促进患儿尽快恢复健康。Objective:To explore the adjuvant therapeutic value of compound pulse magnetic therapeutic instrument for children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 90 children with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the research group was added with compound pulse magnetic therapy instrument on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,recovery,adverse reactions and other indexes of the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the study group and 91.11%in the control group(P>0.05);The disappearance time and hospitalization time of symptoms such as fever,wet rales,wheezing and cough in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of blood gas analysis indexes,pulmonary function and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment P>0.05.After treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(intra group comparison P<0.05),but the comparison between the two groups after treatment P>0.05;The incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of compound pulse magnetic therapy instrument in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia is beneficial to the recovery of children as soon as possible.
