摘 要:为了实现煤泥无量化回收,在分析了蒙西地区煤质特性的基础上,建立数学模型预测煤泥无量化工艺适应的原煤及产晶煤质范围,提出了煤泥“源头减量、中部回收、末端提质”的技术路线,开展了块原煤智能干选、末煤深度干筛脱粉、粗煤泥脱水回收、细煤泥脱水提质、压滤煤泥破碎及均质掺混等技术攻关,并在唐家会选煤厂实现工程示范,突破了煤泥无量化的技术瓶颈。For realizing complete recovery of coal slime,a mathematic prediction model is developed based on analysis of the properties of the coal produced in west Mongolia region for exploration of the raw coal that is amenable to the washing process for complete recovery of coal slime,as well as the quality of the cleaned saleable product.The technical scheme of“reduction of generation of slime at source,recovery of slime by washing process and upgrading of slime at finally stage”is proposed.The core techniques tackled for the scheme involve cleaning of coarse coal using intelligent dry cleaning machine,in-depth removal of fines from small coal,dewatering and recovery of coarse slime,dewatering and upgrading of fine slime,crushing of cake product of filter press and homogeneous blending of slime.The proposed washing scheme is put on a demonstration at Tangjiahui Coal Preparation Plant,breaking the technical bottleneck in realization of complete recovery of coal slime.
