摘  要:橡胶弹簧是双质体卧式振动离心脱水机的核心零部件之一,在工作中起到隔振、降噪和储能的作用。由于受到交变载荷作用和外部环境变化的影响,橡胶弹簧会出现边界裂纹、弹性失效等问题。为了提高橡胶弹簧的使用寿命,在分析橡胶弹簧受力变形情况及工作中存在问题的基础上,提出了橡胶弹簧的设计和受力模拟方法,采用有限元方法对变形进行了模拟仿真和对比,得出在额定载荷下橡胶弹簧结构尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×150 mm时,其工作性能和使用寿命可有效提高。Rubber spring is one of the core parts of the double-mass horizontal vibrating centrifuge with vibration-isolation,noise-reduction and energy-storage functions.The rubber spring tends to lose its elasticity due to presence of boundary cracks under the effect of alternate loading actions and change of external environment.In order to extend the service life of rubber spring,the rubber spring design and its stressed state simulation methods are proposed based on analysis of its stress-induced deformation state and the problems existing in its working process,and simulation and comparison are made of the deformation using finite element analysis method.Result of analysis shows that under the rated loading conditions,the rubber spring with a structural dimensions of 100 mm×100 mm×150 mm can work with a much improved performance and an extended service life.
