摘　　要：基于西门子PLC与CAB打印机,通过Profibus-DP及Ethernet通信方式进行数据打印的项目实例,探讨其通信协议选择、相关参数设置、程序编写、实际应用等,并在Step-7编程软件环境下,实现了PLC与CAB打印机的实时通信标签打印。项目实践表明,工业CAB打印机打印标签的多种通信方式应用简单高效,可为实现产品追溯拓宽渠道,具有推广应用前景。Based on the project case that Siemens PLC and CAB Printer print the data through Profibus-DP and Ethernet communication,the issues such as selection of the communication protocol,the relevant parameters setting,the program writing and the actual application are discussed.In the environment of Step-7 programming software,the real-time label-printing is achieved with the communication of PLC and CAB printer.The project case shows that various communication applications of label printing on industrial CAB printer are simple and efficient,which help to broaden the channel of product traceability.It is worthy of promotion.
