摘 要:以福州中心城区为例,基于ENVI-met模拟软件,通过温度、天空可视角(SVF)、平均辐射温度(MRT)、热辐射率(TRP)、人体舒适度指数(SSD)及预测平均票数(PMV)指标对高校、居民区、商业街3种不同功能类型建筑区的多种室外热环境缓解方案的热缓解效果进行定量分析。结果表明:1)SVF与温度、MRT呈正相关性;2)反射率、绿化覆盖率均会对冬季室外热环境产生影响,太阳辐射强度、平均辐射温度、TRP及PMV受城市空间形态影响较大;3)同时增加下垫面反射率及绿化覆盖率的组合方案的室外热缓解效果最优,在行人高度(1.4 m)处最大降温达0.56℃,PMV减少量高达0.157。研究结果为缓解冬季室外热环境及未来城市生态规划设计提供参考。Taking the central urban area of Fuzhou as an example, based on ENVI-met simulation software, through temperature, Sky View Factor(SVF),Mean Radiant Temperature(MRT),Thermal Radiative Power(TRP),Human Comfort Index and Predicted Mean Vote(PMV) were used to quantitatively analyze the thermal mitigation effects of various outdoor thermal environment mitigation schemes in three different functional types of building areas of universities, residential areas and commercial streets.The results show that:(1)Both reflectivity and green coverage rate have an impact on the outdoor thermal environment in winter.Solar radiation intensity, mean radiation temperature, TRP and PMV are greatly affected by urban spatial morphology.(2)At the same time, the combination scheme of increasing the reflectivity of the underlying surface and green coverage rate has the best outdoor heat mitigation effect.At the pedestrian height(1.4 m),the maximum cooling is 0.56 ℃,and the reduction of PMV is up to 0.157.The results provide reference for alleviating the outdoor thermal environment in winter and urban ecological planning and design in the future.
