摘　　要：通过研究利用石粉、市政污泥和粉煤灰烧结保温材料的方法,通过对不同烧结温度、不同配比原料制成的烧结材料性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,烧结温度为1050℃时,粉煤灰、市政污泥和石粉烧结保温材料的最佳配比为1∶1∶8,烧结保温材料强度为17.9 MPa,孔洞率为39%,导热系数为1.20 W/(m^(2)·K),表观密度为1200 kg/m^(3),符合《烧结保温砖和保温砌块》(GB 26538—2011)中MU15级的要求,以及夏热冬冷地区墙体自保温性能。By studying the method of sintering thermal insulation materials with stone powder,municipal sludge and fly ash,the properties of sintering materials made of different sintering temperatures and different proportions of raw materials were studied.The experimental results show that when the sintering temperature is 1050℃,the optimal ratio of fly ash,municipal sludge and stone powder sintering insulation material is 1∶1∶8,the strength of sintering insulation material is 17.9 MPa,the porosity rate is 39%,the thermal conductivity is 1.20 W/(m^(2)·K),the apparent density is 1200 kg/m^(3).In line with the requirements of MU15 in《Sintered insulation brick and Insulation Block》(GB 26538—2011),and the wall self-insulation performance in hot summer and cold winter areas.
