摘  要:某武器控制系统机箱是由铝合金组合焊接而成,承担着某武器系统的监测和控制作用,是整个系统稳定运行的关键保障点。机箱由于工作性能要求高,工作环境恶劣,应满足散热性能好、结构强度高和防腐能力强的要求。在进行振动实验时,机箱喷漆面出现裂纹,影响机箱的防护性能和使用寿命。通过开展工艺分析研究,运用头脑风暴法从人、机、料、法、环等方面进行深入细致的探讨,找到漆面出现裂纹的根本原因,通过理论分析提出根本原因优化的方案,采用控制变量法的方式对改进方案进行验证,得到保证机箱焊后变形量控制在设计公差范围内的最优方案,并在适当位置增加焊点,提高了机箱的强度,降低了漆面出现裂纹的概率,保证机箱振动实验合格率的同时缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。The chassis of a weapon control system was welded by aluminum alloy,which undertook the task of monitoring and control of a weapon system and was the key guarantee point for the stable operation of the whole system.Due to the high working performance requirements and poor working environment of chassis,it needed to meet the requirements of good heat dissipation performance,high structural strength and strong anti-corrosion ability.During the vibration test,cracks appeared on the painted surface of the chassis was found that affecting the protective performance and service life of the chassis.Through process analysis and research,and by an in-depth and detailed discussion from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment by using brainstorming method,it was found that the root cause of paint crack,and put forward the scheme to optimize the chassis strength of the root cause through theoretical analysis,and verified the improved scheme by means of control variable method,it was obtained that the optimal scheme to ensure that the post welding deformation of the chassis was controlled within the design tolerance.The solder joint was added at the appropriate position to improve the strength of the chassis,reduce the probability of paint crack,and ensure the qualified rate of the chassis vibration test,at the same time,it shortened the production cycle and reduced the production cost.
