摘 要:聚四氟乙烯具有耐高低温性、耐化学腐蚀、耐候性、摩擦因数低、优异的电气绝缘性和不粘性等众多优良品质,是目前化工行业最新型的工程塑料,在石油化工、机械、船舶、电子通信等领域中得到广泛应用。但由于其强度低、刚性差、冷流性大、不能注射成型,需烧结成型,导致该材料的加工性能、切削规律、刀具结构、切削量与常规金属材料存在差异,切削力小,线膨胀系数大,韧性强,加工过程中不易断屑、热敏感性高。切屑易缠绕在工件表面造成加工中断,需停机清理切屑。针对聚四氟乙烯进液垫片的加工技术难题,分析了该零件的加工难点,并从加工路线、刀具等方面提出解决断屑的措施,保证了产品加工精度,通过生产实践证明,该加工工艺方法能有效解决切屑缠绕问题,实现该零件的自动循环加工。Polytetrafluoroethylene had many excellent qualities such as high and low temperature resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance,low friction coefficient,excellent electrical insulation and non-stick and so on,it was the latest engineering plastic in the chemical industry and has been widely used in the fields of petrochemical industry,machinery,shipbuilding,electronic communication and so on.However,due to low strength,poor rigidity and large cold popularity,the injection molding was not possible and it leaded to the sintering molding was required.The machining performance,cutting law,tool structure and cutting amount of the material were different compared with those of conventional metal materials.The cutting force was small,the linear expansion coefficient was large,the toughness was good,it was not easy to cause breaking chips in the machining process,the thermal sensitivity was high,the chips were easy to wrap around the workpiece surface that resulted in machining interruption,so the machine needed to be stopped to clean the chips.In view of the machining technical problems of PTFE liquid inlet gasket,the machining difficulties of the part were analyzed,and the measures to solve chip breaking were put forward from the machining route and cutting tools to ensure the machining accuracy of the product.The production practice showed that the machining process method could effectively solve the cutting winding problem and realize the automatic circular machining of the parts.
