摘 要:在光学加工中,对于光纤倒像器圆弧角R的加工,无论是精磨还是抛光,都存在一定的难度,由于圆弧角较小(R=0.5 mm),非线性倾角,因此不能采用常规倒角磨具进行加工,应制作专用精磨磨具。对于圆弧角R的抛光,由于圆弧角形状特征不同于常规光学元件(如球面、平面),普通的球面或平面抛光设备并不具备此项加工功能,因此圆弧角R的抛光成为整个光纤倒像器光学加工的技术瓶颈。通过对光纤倒像器圆弧角形状特征研究分析,找寻具备此项加工模式或运动轨迹的设备,为满足抛光条件要求,对设备进行一定的改造;同时,结合光纤倒像器圆弧角形状特征及设备性能,设计专用抛光磨具及工装。加工过程中,通过一系列的工艺控制,对光纤倒像器圆弧角R的抛光加工满足了图样技术指标要求。In optical processing,it was difficult to process the fillet R of fiber image inverter,whether it was finely grinded or polished.Because the fillet was small(R=0.5 mm)and nonlinear,the conventional chamfering abrasives could not be used for processing,and the special fine grinding tools needed to be made.For the polishing of the fillet R,because the shape characteristics of the fillet were different from conventional optical elements(such as the spherical and the plane),the ordinary spherical or plane polishing equipment did not have this processing function,so the polishing of fillet R became the technical bottleneck of optical processing of the whole fiber image inverter.Through the research and analysis of the fillet characteristics of the fiber image inverter,we researched the equipment with the processing mode or motion track,and the equipment was reformed to some extent in order to meet the polishing conditons.At the same time,combined with the fillet characteristics and equipment performance of fiber image inverter,the special polishing abrasive and tools were designed.Through a series of process control,the polishing process of the fillet R of fiber image inverter met the requirements of technical indicators in the drawing.
