摘  要:结合CARDC现有的0.3 m×0.3 m暂冲式跨超声速风洞、声学引导风洞等10多座风洞设计技术研究设备的搬迁建设,分析了风洞设计技术研究设备厂房工艺布局的需求,介绍了风洞设计技术研究设备厂房进行工艺布局的原则,通过对现有和新建风洞设计技术研究设备进行分类整合,根据各风洞设计技术研究设备的具体结构形式、附属用房及配套设施需求,确定了风洞设计技术研究设备厂房的工艺布局,并详细叙述了风洞设计技术研究设备厂房的工艺布局方案。通过优化设计,新建的风洞设计技术研究设备厂房的工艺布局较好地满足了各风洞设计技术研究设备的使用需求。Combined with the relocation construction of CARDC’s wind tunnel design technology equipment such as 0.3 m×0.3 m intermittent transonic and supersonic wind tunnel,acoustic pilot wind tunnel,etc.,the process layout requirements of plant for wind tunnel design technology equipment were analyzed,it was introduced that the principles for process layout of wind tunnel design technology equipment of plant,through classifying and integrating existing and newly-built wind tunnel design technology equipment,and according to the structure of each wind tunnel design technology equipment and the requirements of adjunctive rooms and facilities,the process the layout of wind tunnel design technology equipment plant was determined,the process layout scheme of wind tunnel design technology equipment plant was described in details.Through optimization design,the process layout of the newly-built wind tunnel design technology equipment plant met wind tunnel design technology equipment’s usage requirements well.
