内腔屏蔽型管状零件电镀及内腔防锈应用研究

摘  要:对于高精度装配要求的管状零件,电镀时零件内腔表面不允许有镀层,一般采用堵塞封堵方法解决。以某管状零件为研究对象,以钢铁件镀锌工艺为基础,设计新型屏蔽挂具,结合不同镀锌工艺特点,研究实现零件内腔表面无镀层可能性。研究表明,电力线屏蔽法能够有效实现管状零件内腔无镀层,但带来内表面锈蚀新问题。使用无机封闭剂和水基防锈剂防锈验证,在生产线钝化工序后开缸浸涂,验证其防锈效果。研究表明,水基防锈剂防锈效果优于无机封闭剂,在钝化后60 s内浸涂水基防锈剂,可有效防锈,防锈周期可达2周以上。对于内腔表面要求无镀层的管状零件镀锌,建议使用屏蔽法镀锌和水基防锈剂防锈,较堵塞封堵法可大幅度提升生产效率。For the tubular parts with high precision assembly requirements,the plating was not allowed on the cavity surface of parts in the electroplating process,which was generally solved by plugging.A kind of tubular part was selected as the research object,the research was based on the galvanized process of steel parts,a new type of shield hanger was designed.And combined with the characteristics of different galvanized processes,the possibility of realizing no electroplating on the inner cavity surface of parts was studied.The results showed that the power line shielding method could effectively achieve no electroplating in the inner cavity of tubular parts,but it brought new problems that was the inner surface was rusted.Inorganic sealer and water-based anti-rust water for anti-rust verification were used,and the parts were dipped coated in the tank of the production line after passivating process to verify the anti-rust effect.The study showed that the effect of anti-rust effect of water-based anti-rust water was better than that of the anti-rust inorganic sealer.It could effectively prevent rust by dipping water-based anti-rust water within 60 seconds after passivation,and the anti-rust cycle could reach more than 2 weeks.Tubular parts no electroplating on the surface of the inner cavity was recommended to use shielding method and water-based anti-rust water to prevent rust,which could greatly improve the production efficiency compared with plugging method.
