摘 要:母线槽支吊架是支承母线槽的附件,而通丝吊架因其安装便利,在母线槽安装过程中大量使用。通常情况下,通丝吊架可支承起母线槽的重量并有一定裕度,但由于通丝吊架又细又长,在承受风载荷时是否能够稳定可靠就需对其进行抗风性能分析。研究以镇江西门子母线有限公司的母线槽通丝吊架为分析对象,分析其在受到风吹情况下的变形量。主要工作如下:1)建立通丝吊架有限元模型;2)通过Fluent软件分析通丝吊架于流体场中的受力情况;3)将风载荷和母线槽重量施加在通丝吊架上分析其变形情况。通过上述研究,为母线槽通丝吊架产品的设计和制造过程提供一定的参考。The support and hanger of busbar was an accessory that supported the busbar,and the wire hanger was widely used in the installation process of busbar because of its convenient installation.Generally,the wire hanger could support the weight of busbar with a certain margin,however,as the wire hanger was thin and long,whether it was stable under wind load needs to analyze its wind resistance performance.Based on the busbar wire hanger of Zhenjiang SIEMENS Busbar Trunking System Co.,Ltd.,it was studied that its deformation under the condition of wind blown.The main tasks was as follows:1)established the finite element model of the wire hanger;2)the force situation of the wire hanger in the fluid field was analyzed by Fluent software;3)analyzed its deformation through applying the wind load and busbar weight on the wire hanger.Through above studies,it provided a certain reference for the design and manufacturing process of wire hanger products.
