摘　　要：在商用车液压助力转向器的性能检测中,手力特性曲线是最重要的一个项目。性能测试中常会遇到手力特性曲线超出公差、曲线扭力值高低不稳、曲线对称度差等问题。对案例中这些问题进行分析,通过相应的理论知识和试验,证明案例中手力特性曲线超出公差是和扭力突变、扭力杆直径尺寸有关,曲线对称度差一般是由阀芯限流边和蜗杆槽口的角度位置精度低及手力特性平衡调整、打孔压销的不准确性等原因引起的。针对这些问题进行相应的调整,有利于商用车转向机的制造和提高转向机调试工作质量与效率。In the performance test of hydraulic power steering gear of commercial vehicle,the hand force characteristic curve was the most important item.In the performance test,it often occurred that some problems,such as the hand force characteristic curve exceeding the tolerance,the unstable torque value of the curve,the poor symmetry of the curve and so on.Through the analysis of these problems in the case and the corresponding theoretical knowledge and tests,it was proved that the extra tolerance of the force characteristic curve in the case was related to the sudden change of torque and the diameter size of the torque rod.The poor degree of symmetry of curve symmetry was generally caused by the low angular position accuracy of the flow limiting edge of the valve core and the worm notch,the balance adjustment of hand force characteristics,the inaccuracy of the punching pressure pin and so on.The corresponding adjustment to these problems was conducive to the manufacturing of commercial vehicle steering gear,which improved the quality and efficiency of steering gear debugging commission.
