摘 要:桥接整合因子1(Bin1)是双联蛋白家族的成员之一,能有效调节细胞内吞、细胞膜循环、细胞骨架形成、DNA修复、细胞周期进展和凋亡等细胞功能。Bin1是心肌细胞横管系统的重要组成部分,参与心肌细胞的兴奋-收缩耦联反应。Bin1是一种潜在的心力衰竭生物标志物,其表达降低与心力衰竭的发生和严重程度相关。Bin1表达缺失的心肌细胞的膜电位稳定性差,易发生心律失常。在心肌梗死中,梗死心肌组织的Bin1表达减少或缺失,影响心肌的收缩功能。给予外源性Bin1,或采用合适的药物增加Bin1的表达,可能在心血管疾病防治中发挥一定作用。本文就Bin1的结构特点和细胞功能,Bin1与心肌梗死、心律失常和心力衰竭的关系进行综述,以期为临床治疗心血管疾病提供帮助。Bridging integrator 1(Bin1)is one of the members of the amphiphy family,which can regulate cell functions such as endocytosis,membrane circulation,cytoskeleton formation,DNA repair,cell cycle progression and apoptosis.Bin1 is an important part of the transverse tube system of cardiomyocytes,and participates in the excitation contraction coupling reaction of cardiomyocytes.Bin1 is a potential biomarker of heart failure,the decreased expression of Bin1 is related to the occurrence and severity of heart failure.The membrane potential of Bin1 deficient cardiomyocytes is unstable and prone to arrhythmia.In myocardial infarction,the expression of Bin1 in infarcted myocardium is decreased or absent,which affects the contractile function of myocardium.It may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by giving exogenous Bin1 or increasing the expression of Bin1 with appropriate medicine.This article reviews the structural characteristics and cellular function of Bin1,and the relationship between Bin1 and myocardial infarction,arrhythmia and heart failure,in order to provide help for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
