龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗带状疱疹的疗效及对后遗神经痛的影响

摘　　要：目的研究龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及对后遗神经痛的影响。方法选取2016年4月-2019年4月在北京市石景山医院接受治疗的90例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度(VAS评分)、治疗效果、后遗神经痛发生率及临床指标改善情况。结果研究组VAS评分为(1.85±1.37)分,低于对照组的(3.06±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组后遗痛发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛消失时间分别为(1.18±1.05)d、(3.05±0.68)d、(3.04±0.67)d,均短于对照组的(2.57±1.25)d、(5.21±0.57)d、(4.78±0.87)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,能够有效减轻疼痛程度,降低后遗神经痛发生率,提高治愈率,促进患者康复。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster and its influence on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 90 patients with herpes zoster treated in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction.The degree of pain(VAS score),therapeutic effect,incidence of sequelae and improvement of clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the study group was(1.85±1.37)scores,which was lower than that of the control group(3.06±1.24)scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 75.56%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pain in the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 24.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blister stopping time,scab forming time and pain disappearance time in the study group were(1.18±1.05)d,(3.05±0.68)d and(3.04±0.67)d respectively,which were shorter than(2.57±1.25)d,(5.21±0.57)d and(4.78±0.87)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Longdan Xiegan decoction is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain,reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,improve the cure rate and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
