摘  要:为了探讨发酵蚕蛹粉对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长性能的影响,用发酵蚕蛹粉以0和30%替代饲料中鱼粉,分别投喂初始体质量为(37.17±0.71)g的大口黑鲈70 d。结果显示,经发酵处理后,蚕蛹粉腥臭味改善,粗蛋白质量分数增加13.93%(P<0.01),蛋白质溶解度提高6.01倍(P<0.01),综合营养价值明显提高;发酵蚕蛹粉替代鱼粉饲喂大口黑鲈,成活率为100%,终末体质量提高9.6%(P<0.05),饲料效率提高26.22%(P<0.05),肥满度无显著差异。结果表明,发酵蚕蛹粉替代饲料中30%鱼粉,对大口黑鲈的生长有促进作用,且饲料利用效果优异,可应用于大口黑鲈养殖以降低生产成本。This experiment evaluated the effects of fermented silkworm pupa meal(FSPM) on the growth performance of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides). Two types of diets were formulated by the replacement of 0 and 30% fish meal(FM) with FSPM. Each diet was fed to largemouth basses with an initial body weight of(37.17±0.71) g and the breeding cycle was 70 d. The results showed that after fermentation treatment, the odor of silkworm pupa powder was improved, the crude protein content increased by 13.93%(P<0.01), and the protein solubility was 6.01 times of that unfermented(P<0.01). The comprehensive nutritional value of FSPM was significantly improved. After the feeding trial, the survival rate of largemouth bass was 100%, the final body weight increased by 9.6%(P<0.05), the feed efficiency increased by 26.22%(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in plumpness. The results indicate that the replacement of 30% fish meal with FSPM may promote the growth of largemouth bass with an excellent feed efficiency, and therefore can be applied in the breeding of largemouth bass to reduce the production cost.
