绿色供应链金融视角下中小企业可持续发展的动力机制研究

摘　　要：为探索新常态下我国中小企业可持续发展路径,梳理了当前企业面临的绿色生产资金约束问题,以绿色供应链金融为创新发展视角,构建企业绿色供应链管理、供应链金融、环境保护一体化的协调发展模式。通过系统动力学模型,对绿色生产、资金支持、信息反馈等进行研究,分析不同因素对于中小企业可持续发展的影响,得出结论:绿色自主创新能力是企业长期获取高质量环境经济绩效的内部动力;同时,政府环境监督是实现企业绿色生产的外部动力;企业绿色自主创新、政府环境监督、核心企业信用担保融资及有利的金融工具共同发挥作用,有助于推动中小企业可持续发展。In order to explore the sustainable development path of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises under the new normal,this paper sorts out the problems of green production funds constraints faced by enterprises at present,and constructs a coordinated development model of enterprise green supply chain management,supply chain finance and environmental protection integration from the perspective of innovative development.Through the system dynamics model,this paper studies the internal path of practical elements such as green production,financial support and information feedback,analyzes the influence of different factors on the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and draws the conclusion that green independent innovation capability is for enterprises to obtain higher and higher environment.At the same time,the government’s environmental supervision and regulation are the external conditions to promote the green production operation of enterprises.Finally,the investment of green production funds and more favorable financial support are important guarantees for enterprises’green sustainable production.
