摘  要:目的掌握四川省饮水型氟中毒病区防治现状,评价防治效果,为制定饮水型地方性氟中毒防治策略和做好改水工程监测提供科学依据。方法按照《国家卫生健康委关于印发重点地方病控制和消除评价办法(2019版)的通知》,2020年对四川省所有饮水型地方性氟中毒病区自然村进行了改水工程情况及水氟含量调查,检查病区村全部8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率。水氟测定采用生活饮用水标准检验方法(GB/T 5750.5-2006),儿童氟斑牙监测依照《氟斑牙诊断标准》(WS/T 208-2001),氟斑牙检出率比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共调查97个病区自然村,截至2020-12-31已全部改水,改水工程正常运转率为100%,水氟含量合格率为100%;共检测儿童6647名,儿童氟斑牙检出率为18.05%。结论四川省饮水型地方性氟中毒12个县(市、区)97个病区自然村均已落实改水降氟措施,其中8个县达到控制标准,4个县防治措施达到控制标准。Objective To master the current situation of prevention and control of drinking-water fluorosis in Sichuan Province,and to evaluate the effect of prevention and control,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control plans and monitoring water improvement projects.Methods According to The Notice of the National Health Commission on the Issuance of the Evaluation Methods for the Control and Elimination of Key Endemic Diseases(Version 2019),the water improvement projects and water fluoride content of all natural villages in areas affected drinking-water endemic fluorosis of Sichuan Province were investigated,and the prevalence of dental fluorosis among all children aged 8~12 years old in these villages was examined.Fluoride in water was determined by the standard test method for drinking water(GB/T5750.5-2006).Dental fluorosis in children was monitored in accordance with The Diagnostic Criteria for Dental Fluorosis(WS/T 208-2001).The detection rate of dental fluorosis was compared byχ^(2)test,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results A total of 97villages were investigated.By December 31^(st),2020,all the water had been improved.The norma operation rate of the water improvement projects was 100%,and the qualified rate of water fluoride content was 100%.A total of 6647 children were detected,and the detection rate of denta fluorosis in children was 18.05%.Conclusions Water improvement and defluoridation measures have been implemented in 97 villages of 12 counties/cities/districts affected by drinking-water endemic fluorosis in Sichuan Province.Eight counties have reached the control standards.However,only the control and treatment measures of the other four counties have reached the control standards.
