选煤厂中射流浮选柱设计及工艺试验研究

摘　　要：针对某选煤厂浮选柱运行过程中选煤效率低、产量不高的问题,完成了新型射流浮选柱结构设计与加工制造工作,通过开展工艺试验,确定了新型射流浮选柱的最佳工艺参数。应用结果表明,新型射流浮选柱工作稳定可靠,提高了选煤厂产量,保证了精煤质量要求,提高了选煤设备的利用率,为企业新增了可观的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of low coal separation efficiency and low yield in the operation of a coal processing plant flotation column,a new jet flotation column structure design and fabrication were completed,and the best process parameters o£the new jet flotation column were determined by conducting process tests.The application results show that the new jet flotation column works stably and reliably,which improves the output of coal processing plant,ensures the quality of fine coal,improves the utilization rate of coal processing equipment,and adds considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.
