基  金:2020年度中山市科技局计划项目“基于超薄锥形卷筒包装材料成型加工关键技术及装备创新研发”,项目编号为2020B2040。

摘  要:研究可以替代手工加工软质超薄冷饮食品包装材料卷锥成型的技术装备。采用磁粉离合器控制放料、全自动上下张紧结构、输送纠偏器对位、真空吸附结构、间隔双位喷胶、旋转切刀、6:3:1比速关系的旋转锥形成型系统,完成并突破超薄铝泊纸材料加工成锥形卷筒。结果表明,经运行调试测式解决超薄铝泊材料长度、同步宽度、色标检测对齐旋转切刀、位移补差,达到定型模与靠模成锥形筒产品。研发完成智能彩绘锥形卷筒技术成型装备,能实现从整卷材料到产品成锥形卷筒成型每分钟可以达到150~180个高效率生产。Objectives Research on technology and equipment that can replace manual processing of soft and ultra-thin cold food packaging materials for cone forming.Methods The magnetic powder clutch is used:to,control the discharge,the automatic upper and lower tension structure,the alignment of the conveying corrector,the vacuum adsorptionstructure,the interval two-position glue spraying,the rotary cutter,and the 6:3:1 ratio rotary cone forming system to complete And.break through the ultra-thin aluminum paper material processing into a cone-shaped roll.Results After running,debugging,and testing,the length,synchronization width,and color mark detection of ultra-thin aluminum material are aligned with the rotaiy cutter,and the displacement is compensated,so that the finalized mold and the master mold become a cone-shaped product.Conclusions The research and development of the intelligent colored-painting cone-shaped reel technology forming equipment can reaEze the high-efficiency production of 150-180 pieces per minute from the entire roll of material to the product into a cone-shaped reel.
