摘  要:为解决提升机传统恒力矩制动系统在实际制动过程中容易对设备造成冲击、钢丝绳打滑及安全系数低的问题,设计了一种恒减速制动转换系统,并根据提升机工况实现恒力矩与恒减速制动方式的切换,完成关键液压元器件的选型。最后对恒减速制动系统的静态和动态性能进行工业性试验研究,得出恒减速制动系统可满足《AQ 1033-2007煤矿用JTP型提升绞车安全检验规范》的相关标准要求。In order to solve the problems that the traditional constant torque braking system of hoist is easy to cause impact to the equipment,wire rope slippage and low safety factor in the actual braking process,a constant deceleration and braking conversion system is designed,and the switch between constant torque and constant deceleration braking mode is realized according to the hoist working conditions,and the selection of key hydraulic components is completed.Finally,the static and dynamic performance of the constant deceleration braking system is studied in industrial tests,and it is concluded that the braking system can meet the relevant standard requirements of AQ1033-2007 Coal Mine JTP Type Hoisting Winch-Safety Inspection Specification.
