摘　　要：针对带式输送机在运输过程中出现的装置误动作等现象,阐述了带式输送机智能保护装置的性能特点,分析了智能保护装置的控制系统,设计了尾清煤、防滑、纵撕保护装置,实际应用表明:在使用智能保护装置后,带式输送机的误动作大大降低,避免了因误动作而造成的停机现象,降低了成本,提高了效益。The perfoimance characteristics of the intelligent protection de vice of belt conveyor are explained,the control system of the intelligent protection device is analyzed,and the protection devices of tail clearing,anti-slip and longitudinal tear are designed.The actual application shows that after using the intelligent protection device,the misoperation of the belt conveyor is greatly reduced,the downtime caused by misoperation is avoided,the cost is reduced and the benefit is improved.
