摘  要:针对某汽车制动分泵缸体件数控车镗加工装夹问题,提出采用一种车镗组合夹具设计方法,分析了分泵缸体件数控车镗加工装夹定位和夹紧过程,并通过UG软件虚拟装配验证此装夹的准确性和正确性,为企业成功设计了一套蓝新特孔系组合夹具装置。Aiming at the clamping problem of NC turning and boring machining of cylinder body of a brake cylinder,a design method of turning and boring modular fixture was proposed.The positioning and clamping of NC turning and boring machining fixture of cylinder body of brake cylinder were analyzed.The accuracy and correctness of the fixture were verified by virtual assembly of UG software.A set of Lanxinte special hole modular fixture device was designed for enterprises.
