旋流器底流排矿状态数值模拟研究

摘  要:为了研究水力旋流器内部排矿角度对流场的影响效果,以固液旋流器为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件对底流排矿状态进行分析,给出了模型建立过程,通过研究发现旋流器排矿状态由伞状转化为绳状的过程中,在沉砂口位置粗颗粒聚集,当聚集到一定程度时,使得内部空气柱无法形成,从而使得绳状排矿,且当排矿角为25°-30°时分离效果最佳;同时当旋流器结构参数一定时,给矿浓度对旋流器的分级影响十分明显,给矿浓度越大,沉砂的黏度和密度越大,导致旋流器排矿角度越小。In order to study the effect of internal discharge angle of hydrocyclone on the flow field,the solid-liquid cyclone is used as the research object,and the numerical simulation software is used to analyze the bottom flow discharge state,and the model establishment process is given,through which it is found that in the process of converting the cyclone discharge state from umbrella-like to rope-like,coarse particles gather at the position of sand sink,and when they gather to a certain degree,the internal air column cannot be formed,thus At the same time,when the cyclone structure parameters are certain,the influence of feed concentration on the classification of cyclone is very obvious,the greater the feed concentration,the greater the viscosity and density of sinking sand,resulting in a smaller cyclone discharge angle.
