摘  要:为实现11029综采工作面安全、快速通过F4断层,针对采面与断层赋存位置关系,提出采用松动爆破方式俯斜过断层,并综合使用围岩注浆+撞锲+吊棚方式控制顶板破碎岩层。经现场应用后,采面耗时共计12 d通过F4断层影响范围,在采面过断层期间未出现顶板冒落、液压支架失稳等不利现象。此研究成果可为其他矿井综采工作面快速过断层方案制定提供经验借鉴。In order to realize the safe and fast passing of 11209 comprehensive mining working face through the F4 fault,for the relationship between the mining face and the fault deposit location,it is proposed to adopt the loosening blasting method to pass the fault in a downward slanting manner,and to use the integrated way of surrounding rock grouting+crashing chisel+hanging shed to control the top plate broken rock layer.After field application,the mining face took a total of 12 d to pass through the influence area of F4 fault,and no unfavorable phenomena such as roof fall and hydraulic support destabilization occurred during the fault crossing.This research result can be used as a reference for other mines to develop a fast fault crossing plan for comprehensive mining workings.
