摘 要:为了解决煤矿井下巷道掘进效率低、经济性差,严重影响煤矿井下综采效率的问题,提出了采用以液压掘进钻车与自动化挖掘装载机联合作业、凿岩设备优化、深孔光面爆破为核心的综合高速掘进技术,实际应用表明,该综合高速掘进技术能够将巷道掘进效率提升17.6%以上,炮眼利用率提高到78%以上,有效地提升了井下巷道的掘进效率,解决了煤矿井下的采掘失衡问题。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor economy of underground roadway boring,which seriously affects the efficiency of underground coal mine comprehensive mining,a comprehensive high-speed roadway boring technology with the combined operation of hydraulic roadheading drill truck and automatic backhoe loader,rock drilling equipment optimization;and deep-hole light surface blasting as the core is proposed,and the practical application shows that this comprehensive high-speed roadway boring technology can improve the roadway boring efficiency by more than 17.6%,and the gunhole The practical application shows that the integrated high-speed tunneling technology can imjprove the tunneling efficiency by more than 17.6%,and the utilization rate of the borehole can be increased to more than 78%,which effectively improves the tunneling efficiency of the underground roadway and solves the mining imbalance problem in the underground coal mine.
