摘　　要：以山西吕梁H选煤厂为例,概述了选煤厂现有刮板输送机断链保护装置弊端及引发刮板输送机断链故障的原因,并在现有刮板机配置机头跳链保护的基础上设计出一套刮板输送机断链保护装置,该装置安装在机头第二刮板处,利用机械结构将检测信号传送至外传感器,能快速检测链条断裂,刮板歪斜、磨损,刮板脱落、错装,掉链等故障,及时修复,避免机电事故扩大化。结果表明,H选煤厂刮板输送机断链保护装置设计及应用能实现对刮板及链条故障的精准检测,保证刮板输送机安全稳定运行。Taking Lyuliang H Coal Processing Plant in Shanxi Province as an example,the existing scraper conveyor chain breakage protection device in coal processing plant is outlined and the causes of scraper conveyor chain breakage failure are triggered,and a set of scraper conveyor chain breakage protection device is designed on the basis of the existing scraper machine equipped with head jumping chain protection,which is installed at the second scraper in the head and uses the mechanical structure to transmit the detection signal to the external sensor,which can quickly detect chain breakage,scraper skewing,wear,scraper shedding,misalignment,and chain breakage.The device can quickly detect chain breakage,scraper skew,wear,scraper off,misload,chain drop and other faults,and repair in time to1 avoid the expansion of electromechanical accidents.The results show that the design and application of the chain breakage protection device of the scraper conveyor in H coal processing plant can realize the accurate detection of scraper and chain faults and ensure the safe and stable operation,of the scraper conveyor.
