摘  要:3506运输巷掘进过程中受到掘进断面大、地质构造复杂以及地应力高等因素影响,巷道掘进速度较慢,难以满足矿井煤炭高效回采需要。为此,针对巷道实际地质条件以及掘进工艺,对巷道掘进以及支护工艺进行优化,具体为在使用的综掘机上增加布置机载临时支护装置提高临时支护强度以及支护效率;对巷道围岩支护参数进行优化,通过适当降低支护密度来达到减少支护耗时目的;根据掘进巷道围岩特征,提出采用分段多级支护技术布置锚杆索。现场应用后,3506运输巷掘进进尺达到400m以上,同时顶底板及巷帮变形在65 mm、195 mm以内,取得较好的应用成果。In the process of 3506 transportation roadway,the roadway digging speed is slow due to the influence oflarge cross-section,complex geological structure and high ground stress,which makes it dificult to meet the needs ofefficient coal recovery in the mine.For this reason,in view of the actual geological conditions of the roadway and theroadway digging process,the roadway digging and support process are optimized,specifically,the temporary supportdevice is added on the header to improve the strength and efficiency of the temporary support;the support parametersof the roadway surrounding rock are optimized,and the support time is reduced by appropriately reducing the supportdensity;aceording to the characteristics of the surounding rock of the roadway,the muli-stage support technique isproposed.According to the characteristics of the surounding rock of the dugway,the anchor ropes are arranged bymulti-stage support technology.After the field application,the progress of 3506 transportation roadway reached morethan 400 m,while the deformation of top and bottom plates and roadway gang was within 65 mm and 195 mm,whichachieved good application results.
